Give IKEA their due; Expidit is the one thing they've ever done right. Clean. Inexpensive. Okay, they might have pulled off one clear acrylic chair, at some point.

I have to disagree if you so much look at this shelf with books it sags ruining the lines totally. Wheels would make it doubly sucky
You can't make Expedit sag. Mine is loaded full with records, and it's rock solid. This hack shouldn't alter its integrity.
