hum, needless to say: "NYC units just not as accommodating as they SHOULD be for the askin price. A house in the burbs or other cities far worthier for the askin price! City-livin is at best a "make-do" utilitarian way of livin. Fine, for some and aggravating for others! Either way: "To each his/her own desires...needs".
