Sounds like U guys need to research 'antioxidant foods'! Foods that prevent & kill 'Free Radicals', toxins in U'r body from causing diseases. Purple/Bluish Broccoli (sweet taste), Red Pomegrante (most antioxidants of all foods), Red Cabbage (calcium & antioxidant rich), and a healthy sprig of Dill herb. Lowers my Dr. bills! Okaaaay!
Bamboo: strong, resilient wood. Any Chefs fave kitchen utensils! Good for serving dinner parties (not for eating with....duh!)
