urgh...my wife can't even walk with them and she is a high heel pro. They pinch like heck in the front making walking with them on painful :-( Maybe she is wearing them wrong? But we tried both settings.
Ok, update....you need to wear shoes with a high strap like the one in the picture shown above to hold up the gold bands off the front bend between the leg and the foot.
But those shoes! I'm in love..
