Used them this morning. Hard to get yoke in center. Stars aren't as pretty so buy extra pairs. Have to cook white a bit first and then make a small hole in center, drop in the yoke or it will move if you just try to do it in the beginning. I used butter which is very southern but it doesn't burn like oil and tastes much yummier!

Looks nice but I doubt if the egg yolk gets cooked with this.
You pour a little oil from the pan on the top and it gets cooked nicely. This pan does not have enough olive oil to do so... :)
