how this thing work?
My parents recently bought this chili mill and as a chilihead I must say this thing is the best I have yet seen. It doesn't work like a traditional pepper oder salt mill with a grinding gear, but instead something like a rasp. With the standard grinding gears you usually get whole pieces of chili and seeds and a little powder. The result of this mill has a nearly powder like consistency ... a must have. Just don't try to get the fine stuff in your nose ... it'll last for hours ;)
Before you buy it: The grinder is made of pastic. Mine stopped working after 6 month...
