If you have an android get the app called Milocker. It's free and it has this exact lock skin and other awesome ones too. Not my app, just think its a good one.

It's not a jailbreak - its available from the App store. Have to say though, I was gonna get this but, the reviews for it aren't very good.

For the Droid, using the ap called Milocker, it is called typoclock or typoclock(weather). Works real nice.
