Well, if the build of this is very solid, only then is the price "not too bad".. It doesn't seem to be made of stainless steel, but rather some cheap chromed metal. Has anyone held it in their hand?
Clockwork Sharpener by Suck UK. A pencil sharpener with the traditional look of a wind-up key for clockwork mechanisms.
Nickel plated steel for a deliberate work-shop-tool aesthetic. The oversize handle makes sharpening your favourite pencils a breeze.
The iconic action of winding a clock reminds us that the death of analogue technology isn't all it's cracked up to be – Sure it means we can carry our entire music collections around in our pockets and show the world photographs of our dinner. But there's a certain tangible satisfaction missing from many of our everyday interactions. To combat the relentless drive of forward-thinking technology, we've adapted trusted traditional methods to create a brilliant new product.
