I'd get rid of all the H&SE inspired railings (concrete impressed steps to get to the top of the boards), install a single piece of glass for the main window (so it looked like the surface of the water) and substituted the painted lines beneath the water for an OLED display and get rid of those overhead lights - lights can be done so much better!
