I'd imagine do bacon first then hollow out small bun maybe butter inside, slip in bacon to make a wall and tip in egg. Should do on medium grill a couple of minutes.

Butter the bread well, gets too dry o'wise -shape into baking tray, add egg sal pepp slice of bacon was as good as i hoped
