I'm Italian and the REAL italian "caffè" is the espresso, no other variations, even though everyone discovers new kinds of drink mixing the espresso with other ingredients... Great poster!
I don't know about that cafe con leche...a real cafe con leche is more like the "flat white" description. At least by Cuban standards!
