Mast Brothers chocolate is incredible – and available from Paul A. Young in London. Fleur du del is ok, but the Maine Sea Salt is absolutely perfect and the Almond and sea salt is pretty delicious as well – and has the most beautiful paper. But in London at least they are also all incredibly expensive – something like £8.99 a slab. Good for very special occasions.
