They have just taken apart the iPod and then put a cassette in the middle!!
Apparently their doing one that plays vinyl too... ;)

Would be cute if you could make it work, but there would be no room for the capstan and pinch roller that move the tape mechanically over the play head. The cassette is probably slightly larger than the entire workings of the old iPod.
