Chinese scissors? These are for pruning dead flower heads etc
also really useful for taking out hems - they aren't as bulky on the back as traditional american scissors
And what is suposed to make them fancy, and not another mundane object?
What Chinese Scissors???? It's a small scissors for tailoring. It's not big enough for pruning dead flower heads.
There for shearing sheap are they not?
What makes them Chinese? I'm curious
i think probably it's a design that originated in China. but that's just a guess
"Traditional Chinese scissors evolved from the Tang dynasty in the 7th to 9th Century. These scissors are small but well formed, useful for many tasks." Also available in other colours...
Same design as sheep shear, First episode of "the genius of design" Nontheless, functional & fancy!
do the blades remain open or is there a way to close/lock them?
They pinch together
My Tailor uses them and it's way more useful and quick that the common long scissors.
Lethal!!!
