It is def real, but taken from helicopter so the angle exaggerates the size of the wave, but still huge. Jaws is known for its massive waves and there are guys with balls big enough to do this! No photoshop here.
@mikecremer. I'm a very experienced surfer; you only have to look at the lip of the wave to see that photoshops been used to distort both the colouring of the image and the proportions to make it appear larger...
