Wow they're practically identical, but if you look closely at the boot on the left it has 7 holes (plus more under the pant leg), while the Ted Baker's have six then transition to speed-lacing while also stopping the detail perforations short of wrapping behind the achilles of the boot. You're correct - they would be Derbys or Bluchers based on the open lacing.
