DH4 Heli-Vector - Lewis McCarty
looks like a flying death trap to me
they were used by the Army @ChrisMoore that means they were at least 1/2 safe
however the if you fall off you hit the blades first so that might have been a slight oversight on McCarty's part

@nmatares what did the army use them for? dont think i'd like to use one personally.
@jwoolley87 they were being tested as a form of simple aeronautical transportation but i don't think they were ever deployed http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/De_Lackner_HZ-1_Aerocycle
