Those look more like LEDs, but I've been wrong before.
@sadegr yeah in the original picture it looks a lot more like LED's than glowing stickers.

ohhhh so usefull. Would put these on each guitar I gig with. Can get mighty dark up there between songs sometimes!
I bouight these and it comes with a cute little green LED light I have no idea what that's for as it doesn't activate the stickers.
