I think is gross, is like occidental cousine messing up the Japanese ceremony of having sushi. But sure it probably tastes good, like Mc Donald's does...
@DexHaus Sushi started as a simple way to preserve raw fish before refrigeration existed by wrapping it in soft cooked rice, then throwing the rice away when the fish was needed. So its origin is not as "ceremonial" as you may think. You keep your ceremonies, the rest of us will eat and enjoy sushi.
