Reran estate boner....
It is beautiful, but for 2 - 3 hours, at evening rush hour, this area can be a parking lot. My friends say, at times, getting into their building's garage is almost impossible. Then imagine if the Giants are at home...at&t park is just 2 (city) blocks away. If this loft was at the south end of The City, in the excelsior, it'd be perfect.
Just put a Mies van der Rohl Barcelona anywhere and you'll get a perfect flat
the Excelsior is terrible. Just put it in a better city all together. It reminds me of a restaurant....boring

Nice to see my building getting some love. There is definitely a trick to getting into the garage at peak times but it's never taken me more than 10-15 extra minutes, even during the World Series.
