Culturaly and historicly it belongs to Croatia but communists from former yugoslavia gave it to stupid montenegrans because it is closer to theyre (montenegrans) land..ther is even a catholic church and montenegrans are ortodox! Stupid, past, but this is true!
I can imagine it now...veggies growing on one side, 20-30 sheep for grass control, a wine cellar, free range chickens, a water purification system, a dozen solar panels, 2 windmills, and 1 "go-fast" boat.
