Of all the Italian exotic brands, my opinion is that Maserati is the least vulgar and obvious of them all. Instead I find them to exemplify striking beauty with modest and refined elegance.
I've tried its sister, the GranTurismo. What a machine! The only problem is, aside it's out of my league, I do prefer the new dual clutch transmission on the Ferrari 458 Italia.
I only dont think soft top is bad or cheap but also cool and classy, plus adds a different sense of beauty using 2 different materials including variety of contrast in colors..
It's vulgar and obvious but I still desire it. Perhaps that says more about me than the Maserati...
