@CGrant actually in every island here we got at least one intact beach, from West to East Java, Lombok (just take a few hours ride from Bali if you rent a car and cross the narrows), Borneo (try search Derawan), Celebes/Sulawesi (from Bunaken in north to Makassar in south), and of course Raja Ampat (Papua). if you're looking for an international-standard hotel (with international price), surely you have to go to Bali. but if you're a bit adventurous and not minding your comfort zone, you have to explore ;)
