As a cook, it could be difficult to use but deisgn refers to a balance between art and use and a few researches about delgon knives have been made practical and yet beautiful. Great job!

@SaRa -- hard to say if they're any good without feeling the balance in your hand. Could be perfect for a boat or other small space.
