there is no stink I've been there a few times and there can be sand storms and it is hot but there is no stink

Dear all this is a free hold land, any person can buy. I mean any billionaire can :) As for the heat you don't want to spend summer here, instead escape the freezing winters. It's 20C degrees now and it was 12C couples of weeks back . However July August offers a 50C and are months to avoid. The palm Island had a Water stink problem but they are working on solving the issue. Cheers

@akuma3000 - shouldn't do, they build rock formations in areas to keep the water flowing, which stops stagnation. Same way as they did the palm island in dubai I believe
