More like a NIGHTMARE house!! The architect who designed & built this house was charged with involuntary manslaughter after a firefighter died when a water saturated ceiling fell in on him. The house was full of violations, a fireplace designed for outdoor use only, is what started the fire, but had been installed in a 3rd floor bedroom.
