My honeymoon was here - The cabins are open on three sides and look out at the ocean about 1/4 mile below. Howler monkeys wake you up in the morning, parrots fly by, spider monkeys jump on your back porch. It's the coolest place I've ever been.

In many ways, Costa Rica was saved by the burst of the housing bubble. Maybe future development will be smarter with benefit of hindsight. Lot of magic in that tiny country.

A fabulous place to stay. Just got back from our trip and this was a definite highlight....although, there were a lot of steps to and from our room everyday....

this is in the middle of the rainforest, so there are snakes. but if you take care, there won't be a problem. Elaine, you can get over that fear, right?
