Haha Pikachu's lack of a pokeball destroys the concept completely, that's what happens when artist's don't do sufficient research...
It doesn't have to be Ash's pikachu.. Could just be a randomly oppressed Pikachu that does spend his whole time in a poke' ball IMO...
Good point! Probably would have been more effective with another Pokemon, though.
I think it works. Genie understands why pikachu doesn't like living in his itty bitty pokeball.
