Love vintage LV....the patina is second to none.
I usually think Louis Vuitton is just tacky, but the vintage luggage I cannot resist! They were so beautiful, until the trashy and tacky guidettes started hogging the brand.
Also, to be honest, L. Vuitton started becoming tacky when it was exported to America... They just don't seem to have a sense of class
I agree the brand has been hijacked and watered down by hip-hop culture...but if you look past that to the "ladies who lunch" and Gentile Society you will find that the LV brand still transcends the pop-culture bastardization and lives up to the highest standards of luxury and design.
