Oops, I keep pushing send by accident. Anyway, this place sold about a year ago for over 3million. It has a weird ass bright blue fiberoptic entryway and a poorly designed 2nd floor. It's perfect for a young, single, very rich athlete who doesn't need to be up early and wants to hit up all the clubs and bars in the area. Conveniently, at 2am, he can bring home 10 - 15 of his new best friends...
