General Policy

- Check In Procedure Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am and will take place at Headquarters- the on-site management office at Collins Lake Resort. A picture ID is required for check-in. Minimum age required at check-in is 23. - After Hours Check In Procedure After hours check-in arrangements are made specifically with the guest to set-up a lock box. An agreed upon code is used. If there are any problems a person is on-site until 3am. Their cell number is posted on the front door of the office.
